These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fly with Andreea website and the charter arrangement services we provide. By contacting us or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing and are subject to aircraft and slot availability at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and any required payment has been received.

2. Pricing

Prices are quoted on an all-in basis for the route and services described. Where circumstances outside our control change (for example de-icing, extended crew duty, additional ground time, or new taxes and fees), these may affect the final price, and we will inform you before any additional charge applies.

3. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your written confirmation. Flights are generally payable in full before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Changes and cancellations

Change and cancellation terms depend on the operator and are set out in your confirmation. Because charter capacity is reserved specifically for you, cancellation charges may apply and can be up to the full charter price close to departure.

5. Passengers, baggage and compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers hold valid travel documents and comply with immigration, customs and security requirements. Baggage allowances depend on the aircraft. Dangerous goods and any items restricted by law or by the operator may not be carried.

6. Operator responsibility and liability

The contract of carriage is between you and the operating air carrier, and the operator's conditions of carriage and applicable aviation conventions govern that carriage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly with Andreea's liability is limited to the arrangement of the charter and does not extend to the operation of the flight.

7. Delays and force majeure

Flights may be affected by weather, air traffic control, technical issues, and other events beyond our or the operator's control. We are not liable for losses arising from such events but will work to arrange suitable alternatives where possible.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.
