What airline solutions do you arrange?
Andreea arranges extra capacity, sub-charter and ACMI-style solutions for airlines needing lift they do not have, whether to cover a disruption, a maintenance gap or a seasonal peak. The aim is to keep schedules intact and passengers moving when an airline's own fleet is stretched.
What is ACMI or wet lease?
ACMI stands for Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance, a wet-lease arrangement where one operator provides a fully crewed aircraft to fly another airline's routes. It lets a carrier add capacity quickly without acquiring aircraft, and Andreea sources suitable operators for such arrangements.
How quickly can airline capacity be sourced?
Andreea works to source suitable aircraft quickly when a schedule is at risk, drawing on a network of more than 450 operators. Timing depends on aircraft and crew availability and the regulatory approvals a sub-charter or lease requires.
Do you handle the commercial terms?
Yes. Clear commercial terms are agreed up front for each arrangement, whether a single sub-charter or a block of flights, and set out transparently. Andreea manages the process so the airline can focus on its operation.
Are these arrangements handled confidentially?
Yes. Capacity gaps and commercial arrangements between carriers are sensitive, and Andreea handles them with full discretion. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the sourcing and contracting.
Are the aircraft safe and compliant?
Yes. Every operator is vetted and holds a valid AOC meeting strict international safety and maintenance standards, and any lease or sub-charter follows the required regulatory approvals. The operating carrier retains operational control of the flights.
